    Hi,

    I contacted https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/ explaining them the following situation :

    ‘While I was uploading some pictures and editing the content on one of the pages on the website, I got an error that I didn’t understand and couldn’t update the content I was creating, also the picture wouldn’t show when I was changing it. Since I am new in this and this is my first website, it is also personal, and I wanted to finish creating the content and purchase it to make it live.

    BUT, the website got suspended instead, I don’t understand exactly why. I also tried to download/export the content on it, and it is not working it is saying ‘There was a problem preparing your export file. Please check your connection and try again, or contact support.’
    Also, I wanted to purchase the basic plan for 48 dollars and I got this message ‘ The purchase can’t be completed.’ and I cannot see additional details to understand why.
    Also when I try to find my domain it is saying ‘ You’re blocked from purchasing domains on WordPress.com. Please contact our support to find out why’.
    When I want to edit a page it is saying ‘You need a higher level of permission.
    Sorry, you are not allowed to customize this site.’ because I was suspended…

    I worked on the website by myself for 1-2 months and I really don’t want to lose the content. I don’t have any backup for it so please help me resolve this ASAP! ‘

    Do you know when the contact support https://wordpress.com/support/suspended-blogs/ will answer? And also IF they will answer. I don’t find any other way to get in contact with them and I read that they offer support to upgraded plans… and my website was first created with content I was about to purchase a plan to make it LIVE.

    As two volunteers have already told you in your other threads, we do not discuss suspended sites in the forums.

    Please be patient while waiting for a reply from our terms of service team, who will review your site once they get to it in their queue.

    Submitting multiple requests will not get you an answer any faster, as each new request you send move you back to the bottom of the queue, so it will in fact make it take longer.

    I am closing this, and your other forum thread, to further replies. Please do not create any more forum threads on this topic, as we cannot help you here.
