Reply to comment AND commentator

  I usually try to reply to comments via email, copying and pasting the commentator’s email address into the to: line so that my reply goes to them as well as on the blog. (I love that feature!) However, I’m pretty sure the answer is “no” — but if I use the dashboard comment manager to enter my replies to comments, will those also be sent to the commentator? I wish that was possible. It would be so much quicker than opening message after message, copying and pasting email addresses.
