Reply to comment notification emails are not receiving and going to commentators, Jet Pack also showing empty settings and dashboard

    Dear Support Team

    My site is upiqpbank.com

    1. I have activated JetPack yesterday and my dashboard showing empty page. We have checked in debug tool and it is telling that working great but dashboard or other options showing empty.

    2. When we responded to comments, information seekers are not receiving mails including me for notifications on comments of posts. We have enabled to receive a mail for comments in settings of discussion tab but still we are not receiving and sending mails to commentators.
    When we opt for ‘Notify me for new post on this blog’, it is working fine and whenever we are posting new post and all subscribers receiving mails and its working great.

    Kindly suggest us with proper response.
