Reply to comments will not post and tags cannot be added to any post

    When I try to reply to a comment from the dashboard, the comment will not post. When I click the “Reply” button, it just goes to the top of the page and does not post the reply. The reply is still in the reply box when I page down to look for it. Also, it will not add tags to a post any longer
