‘Replying to a comment’ no longer working properly

    I run a flash fiction contest blog – Microcosmsfic.com (thanks for asking!) – and I’ve had a problem with the last three posts. People who wish to comment on a previous comment are hitting the [Reply] button, but ‘Replying to [Name]’ does not appear before the comment box and any comment entered appears as a *new* comment at the end of all the others.
    I’ve found that right-clicking the [REPLY] button and clicking on ‘Open link in new tab’ allows you to enter a comment which will appear as a reply. So the link is being generated correctly; it’s just no longer being picked up as a reply.
    I need help urgently, as it’s taking a great deal of effort to sort out these misplaced comments!
