Replying to unlinked blogs.

  I recently changed my template and now, when people leave comments their nickname does not link back to their page, nor is it the name of their blog. How do I find these blogs of theirs? Help please! Any ideas…

  Do a google search would be my suggestion. Some people simply do not leave URL’s, and it is not connected to changing themes.

  However, on my other theme it would even link nicknames. I’m confused. Are you sure?

  If someone is logged into wordpress, then their blog will be linked to their username IF they have it set that way in their profile in their account. If they do not, then they will have to enter it manually. WordPress will put a cookie on their computer and remember them after that (until they clear their cookies).

  If they are not logged into wordpress, then they have to enter all the information manually. Again, once they do, wordpress puts a cookie on their computer and will remember them until they clear their cookies.

  I just left two test comments on your latest post. The first while logged in which is linked to my username automatically, and the second comment while logged out where I did not fill in the website field.
