repoint domain name

    I’ve read the instructions on how to perform a repoint and/or change name servers. When I try to begin the process I get a message: ‘These settings can be changed by the user newbeginningsupc,’ I am the administrator for the site. I have made a website for our church through Outreachwebsites.com, and need to get this repointed. What am I doing wrong? Very frustrated– I just paid for the first month and I don’t have the new site live yet.

    Hi @sullycaster, only the domain owner can update the settings in that way. Can you log out then log in again as that other account?

    Or, can you have them get in touch with us? With their permission, we can transfer ownership of the domain to you so you can manage it as you’d like.
