Report

    Hello, I need to pull a report of all orders (aka sales), that shows client name, company name, product, date, pricing, etc. I tried to go through our reports section however those do not provide a full snapshot (or I just couldn’t find it) and then also under tools>export>orders however that file is not readable and I cannot convert it into an excel. I need all data from all time. Thanks!

    Could you share the site you are having problems with? It would be easier to understand the problem you are facing and if you are using WordPress.com

    Keep in mind that this forum is for sites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com (https://wordpress.com/hosting/)

    Furthermore, can you confirm if you are using WooCommerce for sales? If you are using WooCommerce with a WordPress.com Business Plan or higher, you can create a ticket from this link and get faster help: https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/
    But if you are using WooCommerce with a WordPress.org site hosted elsewhere, you can find better help at their forums: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
