How do I report hate speech on websites and blogs generally (not to WordPress)? Is there an authority which deals with such issues?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Generally no. In extreme cases where a violent crime is likely your local police might investigate.
In my experience, the best way to deal with crazy bigots is to let them speak.

But are there at least no GNO or EU stuff… to mind people who have something like that to complain about?!?!

That’s my experience also. However, I’m conscious that everything on my blog reflects on my brand. There’s no way I will post comments with racist, hate filled, derogatory, facetious, specious and/or fallacious arguments, defamatory, inflammatory, or obscene language to my blog.

Frustrating but true. As long as the person doesn’t break a law, nothing can be done. Except in a closed community or on our own blogs, where you can at least kick them out. Yikes.

When I say “let them speak” I ought to be more clear. They can speak into the wind if they so choose. I turn my back to them and leave. Nothing any racist has to say is worth listening to.
