Reporting a fake WordPress site

Company I work for made an official website for a certain comapny (that site is not based on WordPress). Problem we have is that someone made a fake site of the same company (without any permission) using a WordPress (url: http://panjkovicakademija.wordpress.com/ ). That fake site do harm to a official site in a couple of ways – copyright infringement, it gives incorrect and not regulary updated informations, it appears in Google search so it confuses our users, etc. Since that the fake site is hosted by WordPress, I need information how and who do we can ask for disabling or closing that site, or, at least, how to make a redirrection to official site?
Notice: we don’t have any information about author of that fake site neither the any of access parameters.
We would very appreciate for your answer as soon as possible, this is very urgent for us!
