Reporting and Exporting Capabilities

  I cannot find information about reporting and data exporting capabilities. Yes there are some traffic tools. But hypothetically, I know I can report out or export CrowdSignal results if I take a survey of members, but can I also report out key profile aspects of those members and associate them with the survey reports for analytical purposes?

  I’m not sure I understand your question so I hope if it’s OK to get a little more info from you.

  To clarify, you have set up a surveys, polls, and quiz on yourtrueview.wordpress.com yes? Can you tell us more about what you mean by “can I also report out key profile aspects of those members and associate them with the survey reports for analytical purposes?” in this instance?

  Perhaps it well help to provide an example so we can better understand, thanks!

  Jerry, I have not yet set up a poll or survey or even launched my site. I am trying to determine capabilities before I make a commitment to the Business Plan and a Membership/Profile Plugin.
  Hypothetically, if I do a poll, I will be able to report out the results using the CrowdSignal and WP functionality. Each respondent would have a membership profile. So for instance, if I wanted to report out (or export) the poll results for analytical purposes, I might also be interested in analyzing the results by profile characteristics such as age or gender, etc. But this data would be in the Membership/Profile plugin portion of the database. Would there be a way to relate the poll results to the membership profile fields?

  CrowdSignal allows for exporting data, as outlined here: https://crowdsignal.com/support/exporting-data/

  The kind of data you choose to receive is dependent on the survey you create, and the manner in which you examine it.

  However, from what I understand from your needs, either a third-party plugin or tool such as SurveyMonkey might suit your needs better.
