  How can I repost old blogs without posting the original comments or likes on those blogs.

  You can reblog if it is another wordpress.COM site or you can use Press This if it isn’t hosted by wordpress.COM.

  Try using Press This at
  https://NAME_OF_BLOG/wp-admin/tools.php

  * You will have to replace NAME_OF_BLOG with the actual name of your blog in that URL.

  The other option is to Reblog https://en.support.wordpress.com/reblogs/
