[req]Snap Search Widget

It would be nice to be able to add a Snap Search Anywhere widget, also allowing for us to change the ‘source’ variable to show the search traffic is coming from our WP domain.
I love Snap and think this would be a nice follow-up to SPA.

Personally I hate, loathe and despise snap. I consider it to be another cutesy doodad to keep those who desire cutesy doodads happy. Other bloggers do not feel this way, of course, and if your use the forum searchbox you will find boles extolling it to the high heavens and listing all the uses he has for it. :)
I begrudgingly gave it a try anyway on my blogs and within 1 day of doing so I received so much email asking me to get rid of it on one blog that I gave it the deep six. It’s still running on my other blogs pending feedback from readers. Please note I have said this with with goodwill. See the the smile. :)
As for a snap search box widget I don’t need or want one any more than I need or want a google search box on my blogs. My blogs have search boxes for readers to use to find my blog articles and my readers certainly know how to use google. IMO it’s another cutesy doodad. Again I say this with good will and a smile and only because you asked.:)
