My name is Maryam, I’m a college student in Toronto, and I needed a free website to do my assignment, I registered on your website about two weeks ago but I immediately realized that your website withdrew $130 from my account.
I called your customer service and said that I regret and they said that the money will be returned to your account within a week.
but it has not been returen yet.
Please help me I can not pay $130 CAD Just for one assignment !I’m waiting to hear you.

Of what site are you speaking?
I don’t see any past purchases at all on the account you’re using to post here, and you’ve never contacted our support team before.
It’s also completely impossible for our site to “withdraw” money from your account. The only way you can ever be charged for an upgrade on WordPress.com is if you deliberately added an upgrade to your site, and completed the checkout process where you provide us with your credit card details. We don’t have any credit card on file for the account you’re using to post here, so you have never done this.
Lastly we don’t sell any upgrade plan that costs C$130, so if you have a WordPress-related charge for that amount, it’s for something you bought from a different company, most likely a hosting account at another hosting provider.
Using WordPress.com is completely free, and you currently have one site in this account on our free plan, http://com991632399.wordpress.com. You created this site two weeks ago when you created your WordPress.com username account.
