  Hello, can you please let me know my WordPress a record of setting so I can contact my previous hosting to transfer my domain to WordPress? Thank you so much.

  Hi, this WordPress.com account that you’re writing from (username: dongcheng2023) does not appear to have any sites hosted here on WordPress.com.

  Are you intending to host globaltcm.com with WordPress.com, or were you using the WordPress software (which comes from WordPress.org instead) with a different host?

  Thanks for your reply. Yes, I am intending to host globaltcm.com with WordPress.com. This domain has a different host and I consider to transfer to WordPress as my host. My current host asks me to provide a record IP so they can transfer my domain to workPress.

  If you’re transferring the domain to WordPress.com, you need to follow the steps here:

  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/incoming-domain-transfer/

  This includes the steps you need to take here and what you need to do at your current domain registrar.

  NOTE: This does not transfer your WordPress website. If you’re asking for the information to transfer your WordPress site install to us here, you have two different options depending on which plan level you choose.

  1. Free, Personal, and Premium plans: import your site’s content using an export of your current site
  2. Business and eCommerce plans: use our Import Everything service or use a separate migration plugin
