Request a Refund

    I would like to request a refund for a premium theme and wordpress.com premium package. These two items were purchased a few weeks ago, and I have changed my mind with these products. Please respond asap, as I would like to go back to a basic account.

    WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.

    Provided you are logged in under the same username account that registered the blog and purchased the upgrades, and you are within the window of time allowed for a refund, you will be able to request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades
