  Hi,

  I don’t currently use WordPress, and I haven’t done for a very long time.

  I have been charged £288.00 with the reference;
  ‘WORDPRESS 1HM89PWY’

  I do not know what this charge is for, if it is for any sort of subscription – please cancel and refund. If it is for anything else, please cancel and refund.

  I have checked the only account I even remember having access to (this one) and I cannot see any reason for it to have been billed/nor is it showing any billing. So I am unsure what account the charge is associated to.

  Please can you advise and refund accordingly,

  The charge was for the Creator/Business Plan along with the connection subscription for the domain gen2energy.co.uk.
  
  I have canceled your subscriptions and refunded the charges back to you. It can take between 7-10 days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
