Request a refund

When I was purchasing this theme and the step-by-step by process asked me if I had a blog, I didn’t realize it was asking me to enter the domain for which I was purchasing the theme. I’d really like to transfer the theme to a different domain – thecasserolekitchen.com without paying an extra fee per year. Can I have a refund or a free transfer? I’m only going to turn around and repurchase the theme. Please help me!

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    More information:

I purchased the theme “Linen” through WordPress. I was not logged into any Dashboard. WordPress generated a blog name for me but I thought this was a “courtesy blog” or something that everyone got. I didn’t realize that it was generating the domain for which the theme would be attached. If I wasn’t logged in to the Dashboard of this blog, then why is it the blog that got the theme? It would’t allow me to enter the domain name for which I actually wanted the theme.

I would greatly appreciate it if I could get some help, and if someone can work with me on this. Thank you!

  • Hi,

I’ve refunded your credit card for the $79. http://thecasserolekitchen.com is actually using WordPress.org (and not WordPress.com – more about the difference can be read at WordPress.com and WordPress.org ), so we can’t simply transfer it over.

You can purchase Linen directly from the theme’s developer at http://thethemefoundry.com/wordpress/linen/ for use on your WordPress.org-powered site.

Please let us know if you have any questions or need anything else. Cheers!
