  Receipt ID 57838647. Requesting a refund as we have not used this website in over 6 months and have cancelled the subscription.

  The site I need help with is hippassociates.wordpress.com.

  Hi @hippassociates, I’ve just processed that. Please allow time for that to route back to your bank/card. If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, let us know and we can reach out with tracking numbers (ARNs).
