  Hi there,

  We do not have Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functionality built in to by default, but it can usually be added via a “plugin” for WordPress, which is essentially way to extend WordPress to add more capabilities.

  There are many CRM plugins for WordPress that would work, we can also recommend Jetpack CRM and handle support for that plugin in-house: https://jetpackcrm.com/

  One thing to be aware of is that it’s not possible to install plugins on our free sites, but you do have that ability by upgrading to our Business Plan, which moves your site to our business class hosting (which makes plugin uploads possible) and you can learn more about the full plan features here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Once you upgrade to the Business Plan, you would be able to install the Jetpack CRM plugin, or any other plugin you wish, allowing you to build the site you describe.
