Request another blog be removed from search engine?

If an older blog has the same name and focus, but is no longer active for a certain period, can I have it requested to be taken down or removed from search engines?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Jaicen,
If you own the blog, you can change the blog’s privacy settings or delete it permanently if you no longer want it. However, only the blog owner or administrator can do that — we aren’t able to make changes to other people’s blogs without them confirming the request.

So This blog: http://gamescribe.wordpress.com/
has the same name as mine but its older and stopped being active in 2009. Would it go on forever? Or would you guys eventually remove it in some way?

As long as the blog owner does not make the site private or delete it, it will continue to be available at that address.
