There are no paid subscriptions under your account, could it be that you’re talking about a site that was created under your friend’s account? If you can give us the address of the site we’ll be able to advise better.

I have never used the domain name or any other features of this service. How can i prevent money being taken out of my account when I want to cancel the entire thing?
