  I bought the wordpress website and at the end after 1 mounth the website is not complete from the staff and my manager assistant, she don’t answer to my emails and i don’t know how to make a solution, they have publish my incompete website 2 days ago but i was waiting for the last changement becouse them errors inside the website, I immediately had to put the site back in maintenance mode because it’s not complete.
  Can you help me on this matter? The name of my manager assistance is REGINA LEMON

  It sounds like you’re having problems with the agency that’s creating your site for you, I’m afraid we can’t help you with that.

  We, WordPress.com are a cloud-based platform where we manage WordPress sites. We do not offer site creation here.

  Your site most probably uses the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with another company.
