Request: Domain Mapping Renewal, New Subscription, or Removal

  I have tried to renew expired domain mapping for prairiehillsna.org but the system will not allow me to do so; before domain mapping expired I tried to renew it but it would not let me because I was not the original subscriber for that domain mapping.

  If I cannot renew or create a new subscription for domain mapping for prairiehillsna.org, I would like to remove this from my account because this is causing everyone who accesses my site through prairiehillsna.wordpress.com to get a message that the .org has not been renewed.

  The mapping subscription for prairiehillsna.org is under a different account than the one you are contacting us from. Do you remember a different account that you created that it may be under?

  The mapping subscription account was not created by me. Prairiehillsna.wordpress.com was transferred to my account from another individual’s account. They do not want to renew domain mapping from their account; they want me to do it.

  Since it has been expired for 2 months, I went ahead and moved it over to your account so that you can renew the subscription.
