Request Feedback button in the new post UI
-
I am unable to find a way to request feedback in the new simplified post editor.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi jameane,
I believe you are looking to put a form in the post so people can send you information.
In the new post page you are talking about there is no button to input a contact form, but you can use the shortcode directly.
Take a look at http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact-form/#shortcode-reference
If you want you can always go into your Dashboard then to Posts then Add New. This will bring back the familiar interface with the button to add the contact form.
Let me know if that makes sense or if you have any other questions about it.

No, I am looking for this button, that used to be available:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/writing-helper/request-feedback/
Where you can send your colleagues a special link to review before publishing.

Ah yes I see what you mean. Sorry for the confusion.
I don’t see anyway to do that with the new post page. But if you follow the directions above to post from within your Dashboard then the request feedback button should still be there for you.

Is this the screen you see when you are trying to post a new entry?
https://cloudup.com/cNlmYN0kj8IIf so it should be there under Writing Helper.
If this is the screen and you don’t see that. Click on the Screen Options link in the top right area of the screen. You should then be able to check off Writing Helper and have it appear.
Let me know if that helps.

Hi there!
This feature is not currently available from the post editor in the WordPress.com homepage:
However, it is still available in the dashboard editor:

Let me know if you have any other questions!
