Request for a group buy plugin

  We are looking for a plugin where customers can pre-purchase items in a group buy way. For example, for Samsung, customers can pre-purchase anything per manufacturer but they have to complete a total amount of 5000USD so we can go on and process the order and they can available 50% off the items purchased.
