Request for a refund in autorenewal

    Hi, I would like to request a refund. This was auto renewed today, and would like to cancel the auto renewal, but I cannot find the item in my account. Thank you!

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
