Request for an invoice

  Hello, last 1 dec 2019 you charged a subscription payment for ‘Product Bundles’ and ‘Composite Products’ and we need an invoice. In 2018 woocommerce do the invoice but in 2019 it seems it is from wordpress.com but I only can print de receipt. I need the invoice.

  Hi Jose, you’re posting in the forums for WordPress.com’s hosting service. I don’t see any invoices associated with this account.

  If the charge says wpchrg.com on it, can you go to that site and fill out the secure form? That will help you locate the charge and contact Billing directly.
