Request for assistance

Two days ago I sent a request for your assistance and I still have not heard back from anyone. It was the day after I upgraded and I started having problems with my media library. It is extremely frustrating that the day after I pay $100 I can’t get any help! I understand my blog is not important to any of you, but it is to me and I don’t have money to squander. I chose to spend it with y’all because I’ve heard only great things about WordPress, my experience is not proving to be that great! All I am asking for is the customer service I deserve, that isn’t too much to ask. I can’t link my domain to Facebook or any other social media because I refuse to look incompetent, just the way WordPress is making me look with a dysfunctional media library!
