Request for Assistance with Plugin Conflict
-
My website, https://edptraining.co.uk/, has crashed due to a conflict between two plugins, and I am currently unable to access the admin dashboard.
Could you help me use recovery mode to deactivate the problematic plugin?
Thank you so much for your assistance!

We can’t help with third party plugins nor can we help as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform. You must take a look in the wordpress.org documentation to solve this problem yourself.

Thank you for your response. Just to clarify, the website in question is built on WordPress, and I previously received an email from WordPress providing a one-day recovery mode link. Unfortunately, that link has now expired.
Could you please advise on how I can obtain a new recovery mode link to resolve the issue?
Thank you for your assistance!

Hey there yaoxiaohan!
Staartmees is correct, this forum specifically is for help with sites hosted on WordPress.com. While your site is built on wordpress, it is built on the self-hosting wordpress.org, which is hosted via another webhost, in your case, siteground.
When you pay to host with WordPress.com, the support comes with it. When you self-build and host elsewhere, you must use the support options your host provides, and the documentation found at wordpress.org to troubleshoot the problem yourself.
Apologies, and good luck!
