Request for Cancellation and Refund

I am writing to formally request the cancellation of my subscription and a full refund for the recurring charges that have been billed to my credit card by WP*JETPACK on the 17th of each month, including the most recent charge.
I have not used WordPress or Jetpack for at least six months, and I did not authorize or knowingly maintain any active subscription during this period. I was surprised to find that these charges were still occurring, especially given that I cannot find any active subscriptions under my account or in the purchase history.
Please assist me in the following:
- Immediately cancel any active or hidden subscription linked to my account or credit card.
- Issue a full refund for the most recent charge and any other eligible past charges.
