Request for full refund

    I had emailed the support team yesterday requesting for a full refund and I have yet to receive any news. I tried clicking on the “Request a refund for Domain mapping”, “Request a refund for Domain Registration”, “Request a refund for Private Registration” and these links all go to a “The page requested does not exist”. Please kindly respond and assist with the full refund cancellation request as I still am not able to use WordPress to create a decent website.

    Also, I’d be interested in any feedback you have as to why WordPress.com didn’t work out for your website?

    Yes, please kindly cancel all registrations with WordPress for a full refund. I have not been able to effectively do up a website using the templates (I tried triton lite, oxygen). I wanted to do a 3-column with photos and description but they can never get aligned. It became very very frustrating after many hours of attempts.

  • Hi there – Ok, I’ve canceled your domain and refunded the $26. You should see that refund on your statement in about a week.
