Hello @publicslant,
Since your domain is in Redemption Period, you will be charged an extra $80.00 redemption fee along with the regular renewal cost.NOTE:
During the redemption phase, domains can be included in expired-domain auctions, where another party can bid on your domain name. If the domain is claimed by someone else in an auction, you will not be able to renew. If you made a payment in attempt to reclaim the domain out of redemption and were unsuccessful, you will get a refund.
As written in this official support document: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/

Hi there,
As @optidusprime indicated, we need to pay our domain provider a $80 fee to get a domain back from redemption. Please let me know if you agree to that fee, and I can get the recovery process started for you.

Thanks for confirming. I’ve sent you a payment link via email. Once we receive payment I’ll email our registrar to request that they restore the domain. From there it usually takes a day or two before the domain is working again.

My web host and company that managed my web site went out of business, leaving my web site down. I had many blogs via WordPress, my web site was http://www.get-aviation.com
Prior to this happening, I had backed up and exported my blog. I opened a new WordPress account, but I cannot bring these files to life here.
Anyway I can import my backup files?
-
We’ve received the payment, thank you, and I’ve emailed our registrar.
I’ll let you know as soon as I hear back from them.

Your domain is restored and showing your site again. You might need to clear your browser cache before it will work for you.
Please let me know if I can help with anything else.

The only files that can be imported to WordPress.com are .xml export files. We’re not able to install a full site backup or a database dump (.sql file) here.
If you need more help with this, please start your own thread, add the “modlook” tag to it, and we’ll reply to you there.

I am unable to access the blog, after about three hours of trying everything I know with regards to admin/passwords/username. UGHHH! I had been set up to access the blog via the URL, which is no longer valid at this time.
So…where do I go from here?
-
I am sorry, I have tried to log in but the password I was using on the old site doesn’t seem to work. I did go to a completely new browser and server to try and login with the new login I created, but I do not show anything there.
Any ideas? Sorry, I had someone managing the site, they have disappeared off the face of the earth and I would like to be able to work the old site.
Thanks.

http://www.get-aviation.com/ is not a WordPress.com site. That site is hosted with inmotionhosting.com, and using the self-hosted WordPress.org software. Your Ultimate SEO plugin on that site is preventing it from loading, judging by the error message.
To fix this you’ll need to log in via FTP at your host and delete that plugin’s files before you’ll be able to access the site again. We can’t help you with this, so please contact inmotionhosting.com’s support for help instead, or you can try the WordPress.org forums:
