I just bought a domain but I cannot find this domain. I have not received any confirmation email yet and there nothing in my manage purchases.

Thanks, I see what happened here. You tried to register the domain and purchase a subscription, however, the payment didn’t go through as it was not never finalized.
If you check your bank account, you’ll see you have not been charged. You’ll want to try again and confirm the purchase once you’re redirected to PayPal.

As staff-mckluskey already said, the purchase never got through. Go to your cart and complete the checkout. Also, make sure you confirm the purchase when you get redirected to PayPal.

I checked your account and your ability to purchase upgrades have been disabled and you should’ve received a notification in your dashboard in regards to this. We cannot assist you in the forums, but use the notification on your dashboard to reach our payments staff and they will address this issue with you.
