Request for Help – Recover or Remove Business Website (No Account Access)

  Hello,

  I am seeking help regarding the website:
  https://junkcasuals.wordpress.com

  This website represents our clothing brand “Junk Casuals,” but it was created by a third-party agency years ago. We no longer have access to the account, and the agency is not reachable.

  The website is outdated and may misrepresent our brand.

  We would like guidance on how to:

  • Recover access to the site, OR
  • Request its removal

  We are ready to provide business proof (GST, product images, etc.) if required.

  Any guidance from moderators would be appreciated.

  Hey there!

  My recommendation would be to file a request through WordPress.com’s content removal process. Since the site misrepresents your brand, this falls under their trademark/identity policies.

  Go to automattic.com/trademark-policy and you can report that the site is using your brand name and imagery without your current authorization.

  Again, have your business documentation ready (GST certificate, brand registration, product photos, etc.) The stronger your proof of brand ownership, the faster this moves.
