Request for help with transferring subscribers

  Hi, we’re trying to transfer our subscribers from the wordpress.com blog teedun.com to our new self-hosted blog, http://www.terahedun.com.

  This is the only account set up on the wordpress.com blog, but when we follow the instructions, it tells us only the owner can do this. We’re at a loss. Please help?
