Request for Information about Terms of Service

  Hello,

  As of today, I noticed that there has been a “change,” in my opinion, the the WordPress.com Terms of Service. At the least, there have been a topical change, namely the date of last update has been removed from the Terms of Service page <https://wordpress.com/tos/&gt;.

  Is the “change log” page that has been found at the bottom of the Terms of Service page being argued to be indicative of the last update to the Terms of Service?

  As a note, I suggest the date of last update to the Terms of Service be added to the top of the page of the Terms of Service page. I think it’s a good idea, as much I’ve read various Terms of Service pages of various websites over time.

  Hi Dennis,

  I can still see the Last Updated date at the top of that page:

  https://d.pr/i/WTExtf

  And the date indicated there, 22 November, corresponds with the date of the most recent update in the changelog at https://wordpress.com/tos-change-log/
