Request for Partial Refund for Unused Business Plan

    Dear WordPress Support,

    I purchased a Business plan for my site, iotaourancom.wordpress.com, approximately 60 days ago. I had cancel the suscription in hope of getting refund on my account. But I am not getting any. However, I have not used the advanced features of the Business plan for the last 8 months. I would like to request a partial refund for the unused portion of my plan.

    Please let me know if you need further information to process this request.

    Hi there!

    As @staartmees pointed out, here on WordPress.com we don’t offer partial refunds for subscriptions.

    What we can do in this case is restore the Business plan that was canceled. After that, you should be able to restore the site that you had previously by following the steps from this guide:
