Request for Partial Refund or Credit for Unused WordPress Plan

    Hello WordPress Support Team,
    I’m reaching out on behalf of Derma Glow Med Spa. We previously signed up for a WordPress plan using the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and paid approximately $300. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen changes in our business direction, we never ended up using the website or its services.
    We understand this may be outside the standard refund window, but given that the account and plan were never utilized, we’re hoping to request either a partial refund or a credit toward future WordPress services.
    We truly appreciate your understanding and any assistance you can provide. Please let us know if there are additional details or documentation you need from us.
