I want to cancel my premium WordPress and want to request a refund. Please help.

Refunds are time limited. WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Note: It takes from 1 – 2 weeks for the refund to be received.See here:

http://en.support.wordpress.com/Billing-History/Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, and you are within the allowed time frame for refunds, you can cancel and request a refund from your dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. There is no phone support here and posting a phone number in a public forum means phishers and spammers will grab it up and sell it to other phishers and spammers. Staff will remove it.

There aren’t any purchased upgrades linked to your account vijayosi. Did you use a different account to purchase the Premium upgrade you mentioned? Also, can you please give a link to the site with that Premium upgrade you want to cancel?

Thanks for clarifying that. The Premium upgrade on that blog is owned by a different user — only the user who owns the upgrade can manage it (including cancelling it or requesting a refund). Did you purchase the upgrade using a different account of yours?
(I also want to note that upgrades can only be refunded within 30 days of purchase, so if the upgrade was purchased or renewed more than 30 days ago I can help the upgrade owner cancel it but it may not be eligible for a refund.)
