    I hope this message finds you well. My name is [Your Name], and I am in the process of evaluating various website platforms for my business needs. WordPress has caught my attention due to its robust features and high customisability.

    Before committing to a paid plan, I am interested in building a proof-of-concept website. Specifically, I need to test how well WordPress will integrate with an essential plugin from Envato. This will help me gauge the platform’s suitability for our business requirements.

    Would it be possible for WordPress to facilitate this trial? Having the ability to create a proof of concept with the Envato plugin would greatly inform our purchasing decision and likely expedite our subscription to one of WordPress’ premium plans.

    While WordPress.com does not offer trial subscriptions, you can purchase the Business upgrade to be able to install plugins and try it out for up to 14 days on the annual plan or 7 days on the monthly plan from the date of purchase. If it doesn’t work out, you’ll be able to request a refund (during the refund period only). Click the “Learn more” link below for more information on the Business plan.

    New Domain registrations can be refunded only within 94 hours of purchase.

    Hi, @gabrieleuroele while we don’t have free trials for the Business Plan, as @2020testjj mentioned, we do offer refunds if our managed hosting doesn’t suit your needs.

    And while I can’t speak to any experience with your theme, so long as it’s up to date and supports the current version of WordPress, it should work well here. You’ll just want to follow their setup guide, and they may have different guides for different themes. Installing it won’t be an issue though so long as you have the Business Plan.
