Hi there
My account was automatically renewed – what seems to be a month early. I no longer use the account – in fact never did – and want to cancel the subscription. When I follow the instructions it says I am too late for a refund but it just got renewed today! Grateful for advice please about what to do and where to go to get this sorted.

Hi there! Just to confirm, I see two recent renewals on your account. The Premium plan on austerityadventure.wordpress.com and another Premium plan on whollydoula.wordpress.com. Would you like to refund and cancel both of these?

Happy to do that! I’ve refunded both of those purchases. It normally takes around a week for a refund to appear on your bank statement.

I would like to request a refund. I have canceled themelbournecopycat.com within 30 days. I was not aware I was still paying and had an active site, as I already have a wordpress site I’m paying for. I have sent an email regarding this matter.
