Request for refund

    Hi, I got the premium plan a while ago when I started the business but have not had time to set up the website. You know how running a start-up is – so many things to do, so little time. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time to look into this until December and hence cancelled the subscription. I would love to get back to WordPress and properly build the site for real when I can. But I was wondering if I could get a refund on the amounts charged for Jun and July… I did not manage to leverage the subscription at all and was hoping that you could please do me a favour 🙏 Every single cent counts in a start-up and if I manage to make this business work, I’ll get back on WordPress for sure.

    Also, you’re welcome to get started with editing the free site before upgrading. Just edit the front page, then replace text and images as you like. If you have a section with nothing to put in it, you can remove that section. Then save and you’ll have the beginnings of a webpage. You can upgrade when you need the features of a paid plan, which you can compare here:
