Request for refund

    Hi,

    I canceled my credit card and my account a while ago since I have not used WordPress since probably 2018 and am still receiving extensive charges on my credit card. Please let me know who I can talk to about this issue as these charges have added up significantly and impacted my ability to pay bills and other expenses. I recently went through my account and unchecked auto-renew and deleted the pages that were still up, unbeknownst to me, along with my credit card that was expired, yet the charges were transferred over to a new credit card number that is linked to the old one. If you can direct me to someone that can help me get a refund that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

    I’ve refunded both the recent renewal payments of $96 and $118 respectively. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times. You can find the receipts for the original payments, as well as for the renewals, on your billing history page here:

    I see you cancelled both plans earlier today, so you no longer own any upgrades, and won’t be charged again for this account unless you purchase a new upgrade.
