Request for refund

I’ve been trying to get help on a refund. I purchased annual subscription for WordPress explorer and then cancelled within timeframe. I was only refunded $84 of $96. According to my credit card transaction on February 6th, it says WORDPRESS SD8KW6097C. Please help.

It looks like the full amount has been refunded in two separate transactions. You’ll see two refund receipts by going to https://wordpress.com/me/billing.
However, you’ll need to log into the correct WordPress.com account where you paid for the subscription. It’s not on the @kristitorres account you’re posting from. So, make sure to log into the other account to see the refund receipts.
