Request for Refund After Cancellation

Hello,
I was charged via auto-renewal on December 1, 2024, for an annual subscription. However, I have since canceled my account as I will not be using the service in the future.
I kindly request a refund for the full amount, or at least a prorated refund for the unused portion of the subscription. I believe this is a fair request given that I no longer have access to the service.
Please let me know how to proceed or if any additional information is required.

@diogoduquepauladesign December 1, 2024 is way over our refund periods; also wordpress.com doesn’t give partial refunds – https://wordpress.com/support/refunds/
