Request for Refund for Soundcheck Theme.

  I think you guys may have missed me so I’m posting again.

  I would like to get a refund for ‘Soundcheck’ theme that I purchase. It’s not responsive or intuitive and it doesn’t not suit our needs. Please let me know when the refund is processed.

  BTW… i tried to use the ‘store’ section from the dashboard to do a self service refund but it didn’t work.

  We didn’t miss you, don’t worry! You only posted yesterday, which is a US holiday – so we hadn’t gotten to your request yet.

  I’ve gone ahead with the cancellation and refund of the Premium Theme for you. Please be aware that it can take up to 7 days for the transaction to show up on your statement, though it usually happens much quicker than that!
