Request for Refund of Business Plan Annual Fee

I previously had an active Business Plan subscription, then the annual fee was charged , but I decided to cancel my plan. However, the annual fee for the upcoming period was still charged, and I have not received a refund for this payment. At the moment, I no longer have access to the Business Plan subscription, and the charged amount has not been returned. This leaves me without the plan and without the funds.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed in order to receive a refund for the unused period?
