    I am writing to you regarding my recent experience with the service provided for the domain purchase of Dreamboxstudio.in on WordPress.com.

    Unfortunately, I must express my dissatisfaction with the service and the platform’s capabilities to build a website to meet my needs. Despite my efforts, I found the tools and features offered were not suitable for my requirements.

    As a result, I have made the decision to cancel my subscription within the stipulated four-day period. Consequently, I kindly request a refund of the amount paid for the domain purchase, which amounts to Rs. 2265.60.

    I understand that cancellations and refunds are part of your standard procedures, and I sincerely hope that this request can be processed swiftly and efficiently. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    Note that your bank/card issuer may take longer to process refunds on their end.
