    You already got answered twice over a month ago by Staff members – https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/i-need-to-know-about-my-refund/ and https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/my-refund-amount-not-come/ – bvut you never followed up.

    Hi there!

    I checked our records and confirmed that the refund of ₹3,072 was issued successfully from our end on July 22, 2023. Sometimes, banks/credit card companies will remove the original transaction from the statement when there’s a full refund. Have you contacted your bank/card issuer to find out the status of the refund?

    I see you sent us an email as well for help with this. I sent you a number in reply to the email that you can pass on to your bank/credit card company to track/locate the refund on their end.
